Roshie Automotive is looking for a skilled and motivated 3rd Year Automotive Technician to join our growing team! If you have 3+ years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a passion for working on vehicles, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles following industry standards.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using proper diagnostic tools.
• Perform thorough inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Execute repairs efficiently while upholding high-quality workmanship and meeting deadlines.
• Accurately document repairs, inspections, and additional service recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following shop policies and safety protocols.
• Stay current with industry advancements, including new technologies and repair procedures.
• Conduct road tests to confirm repairs are completed to the highest standards.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

 

Technical Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with modern vehicle systems and scan tools
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Red Seal certification (or in progress) is a plus
